    The location is excellent, with trams and trains just 200m away. Rooms are spacious, comfortable, and quiet, featuring a kitchenette, large fridge, and big comfy beds. the balcony is generous, and the air-conditioning functions perfectly. There's on-site parking and vending machines for snacks. A popular cafe is a brief walk away.

    Carpet was dirty. Shower is narrow and slippery.

    The venue was in a central location short walk to Box Hill Central shopping centre, Melbourne CBD and Melbourne Park/MCG sporting precinct-tram, and the tram line.

    Ideal place, I felt safe.

    I had an extremely spacious room with an electronic key card, coffee and tea making equipment, and a work desk, appreciated it. The views over leafy suburban gardens were pleasant. The location was great and perfect, right by shops in Box Hill Central, Close to transport, and Melbourne CBD and Melbourne Park/MCG sporting precinct-tram👍

    Convenient Location and Helpful Staff the hotel offers a convenient location with easy access to public transportation and nearby amenities. the staff was exceptionally helpful and responsive to our needs. the rooms could benefit from updates and better maintenance for a more comfortable stay.

    The rooms are bright and beautiful, featuring a master bedroom, dryer, and a big balcony. Having a microwave, electric kettle, and dishwasher in the room was a nice touch. - the location in a good area is marvellous and pleasant. - There is an excellent restaurant, supermarkets, and shops next door.

    It was ideally situated for the eye hospital & clinics we had to attent. Also near good shopping and eating places eg westfield. Surrey Hills Ivanhoe etc

    Found the beds very hard on my back, but otherwise everything fine.

    The staff at Quest Mont Albert was peaceful. the hotel is located adjacent to nice shops. - It is close to frequent trains into Melbourne CBD and a shopping mall. - It is super close to Balwyn Park.

    Comfortable, clean and friendly staff. It's convinience that we could leave our car in the underground carpark after checked out time so we could get a tram to the shopping center.

    I didn't like the room design especially the bathroom together wih laundry.

    Chose for a town hall meeting. Convenient location and pet-friendly atmosphere. Welcoming messages, comfortable beds, attentive manager. Good access to public transport and dining options.

    The room was spacious and bright. Even the bathroom was spacious and bright. I dislike rooms that do not have enough light or lighting. The balcony is a good size. Although we did not cook (who cooks in Melbourne when there are so many excellent restaurants) the kitchen facilities are generous. Nice big screen T.V. with a DVD player and sound system. The front office staff who was on duty (sorry I can't remember her name but she is Asian and said she was fairly new) when we checked in is very polite, friendly and interested and extremely nice. Very comfortable and good value for money.

    Not that it is important as we did not use it much but the clothes drier in room 333 kept cutting off after a few minutes. And...the lift is too slow but we were in no great hurry.

    A great atmosphere. Room so well equipped,everything clean and well serviced. Had my husband at Epworth Eastern Hospital so the site was good as the trams were nice and close,it was even an easy walk to hospital. I can highly recommend your premises to anyone Thankyou for an enjoyable stay Margaret Emmerton Tasmania
